Refund policy?Please contact us as we aim to provide 100% satisfaction. Custom cups are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping. All other cups must be returned within 5 days.

What brand of cups are being used?All 20oz, 30oz, 40oz cups, 12oz can coolers and stemless wine tumblers are Ozark Trail brand. An upgradeable 30oz Yeti cup is also be available. 14oz kids cups with screw-on lids and straws are Reduce brand. Water bottles are Contigo brand.

Do the cups come with lids and straws?All cups come with a lid. The only cups that comes with a straw is the 14oz kids cup, the 22oz straight side & 30oz Straight side cups.

How should I care for my cup?Cups should be hand washed only. It is best not to submerge them in hot water & NEVER put them in the dishwasher.

Why is there a logo on the bottom of my cup?All cups purchased and shipped by Cups N Stuf will have a logo embedded on the bottom of the cup. This ensures you received an authentic Cups N Stuf cup and it deters others from purchasing, reselling and claiming our product as their own.
